What we answer, and how fast
- Site corrections, missing info, broken links — within 48 hours, usually same day.
- Dive-trip enquiries — same day during season, next day in off-season.
- General Koh Lipe questions — within a few days; we try.
- Translations, contributors, partnerships — within a week.
What we don’t answer
- “Is this specific resort / dive operator good?” — we’ll point you to our guide rather than compare competitors.
- Detailed medical or insurance questions — talk to a professional.
- “Can you recommend X random tour?” — we only recommend what we know first-hand.
In person
La Bombona Diving’s Koh Lipe shop is on Sunrise Beach — look for the red boat moored out front. We’re there most days of the high season.
